TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GENERAL MARKETING SERVICES

1. GENERAL

Welcome to Right Hand Consulting, a legally registered business with the Companies Registration Office of Ireland under registration number No. 757216, hereinafter referred to as 'We', 'Our', or 'Us'. These Terms of Services (the “Terms”, “TOS”, or “Agreement”) constitute a contract between Us and You (“You” or “Your”) and govern Your use of Our websites and all Services We offer. Please read these Terms carefully.

Your use of the Right Hand Consulting website or Our other related websites (“Site”), toolbars, widgets, and applications, and Your use of any of Our Services (including without limitation the software, programs, code, technology, offerings, tools, plug-ins, components, upgrades, updates, and all related applications, collectively Our “Services”), are subject to and conditioned upon Your assent to and compliance with these Terms. We provide various websites, marketing solutions, and products for Our customers and partners, including but not limited to the following, each part of the Services We offer, including but not limited to: AI Website Design & Hosting, Business App Design & Hosting, Pay Per Click Advertising Management, Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media Management, CRM Software. You may use the Services for Your personal, commercial, or internal business use, as long as You comply with this Agreement.

You may be introduced to third-party services, products, offers, and promotions. If You decide to use these services, You are responsible for reviewing their terms and conditions and acknowledge that the third party is responsible for performance.

We rely on certain information from third parties, and We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such data.

It is Your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and directives regarding the use of the Site and Services.


3. LICENSES

Your Grant of Licenses to Us: By accessing the Sites or using a Service, You grant Right Hand Consulting a worldwide, royalty-free, transferrable, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting Your website(s), and storing it on Our servers. This license lasts as long as You are Our customer.

By submitting Content for inclusion on Our Sites, You grant Right Hand Consulting a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license (with the right to sub-license) to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such Content for any purpose, including sharing or promoting Right Hand Consulting or a Service.

All fees, including setup or annual fees, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Right Hand Consulting does not offer partial refunds under any circumstances. You are responsible for the payment of any taxes applicable to Your use of the Services."


7. USER CONDUCT

You may access and use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You agree to abide by all local, state, national, and international laws and not engage in illegal or prohibited activities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, using the Site for fraudulent, obscene, or illegal activities, interfering with others’ use of the Site, and infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

23. LICENCES


23.1 Grant of Licence to Right Hand Consulting

By using our services, you grant Right Hand Consulting a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, modify, and publish your website content solely for the purpose of delivering, maintaining, and promoting your services. This licence expires upon termination of your contract, unless otherwise agreed.


23.2 Client Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of all intellectual property associated with your website, including text, images, graphics, and any custom-built assets. Right Hand Consulting does not claim ownership over your content but may store and process it as necessary for service provision.


23.3 Third-Party Materials & Software

Some services may integrate third-party tools (e.g., CRM software, analytics). Right Hand Consulting requires all third-party service providers to maintain GDPR compliance when handling client data. Users should review these third-party policies separately to ensure compliance with their data protection requirements.


23.4 Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights

All materials produced by Right Hand Consulting, including custom designs, templates, and marketing materials, remain the property of Right Hand Consulting unless explicitly transferred to the client under a separate agreement.


23.5 Termination & Data Removal

Upon termination of services:

  • Your licence to use Right Hand Consulting’s proprietary materials ceases immediately unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any hosting or storage provided by us will be deactivated, and it is your responsibility to back up website content prior to termination.
  • Requests for data deletion can be made in accordance with GDPR guidelines outlined in our Privacy Policy.


23.6 Licence Restrictions

Unless explicitly permitted, you may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute Right Hand Consulting’s proprietary materials without permission.
  • Use any service-provided software or designs for unauthorised resale or redistribution.
